Photos for orders
Photograph goods for an order and the photo lands where it belongs — on SharePoint and as a document attachment in ABRA.
Installation
The app is not in Google Play yet, so it installs from the downloaded file.
- Download the file to your phone (link above).
- Open Files → Downloads and tap BMRC-Foto.apk.
- The phone will ask whether it may install from this source — allow it.
If the phone does not ask, or refuses outright, look for the permission according to your brand:
- Samsung — Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker: turn off. Turn it back on after installing.
- Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO — Settings → Privacy protection → Special permissions → Install unknown apps. Installing over a cable also requires a signed-in Mi account.
- Google Pixel, Motorola, Nokia — Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps → pick Files and allow.
- OnePlus, Oppo, Realme — Settings → Security and privacy → More settings → Install unknown apps.
- Huawei, Honor — Settings → Security → More settings → Install apps from external sources.
- Vivo — Settings → More settings → Permissions → Install unknown apps.
The menus differ slightly between Android versions. If you cannot find it, search the settings for "unknown apps".
Signing in
- Open the BMRC Foto app.
- Go to Settings and tap Sign in with Microsoft.
- Sign in with your work account. The app returns by itself and shows your e-mail.
If it says the account has no access, contact the administrator — access is granted by name.
Before you start
- In Settings pick your ABRA user — photos are signed with this name. Without it nobody sees who took the photo.
- Optionally switch on the document series you work with. The default list narrows, but search still covers all of them.
