BMRC WMS App (formerly BMRC Foto) is an internal tool of the group. It is used by employees with a work account and is not intended for the public.
The controller is contelio s.r.o., Řadová 555, 262 04 Nová Ves pod Pleší, Czech Republic, company no. 23959657, acting for the group whose systems the app serves. Contact: s.muller@contelio.cz.
It does not collect location, contacts, message content or advertising identifiers. It carries no advertising and passes no data to third parties for marketing. Nothing is sold.
Only with the company systems the tool serves: Microsoft 365 (sign-in and SharePoint storage) and ABRA Gen. Both run in our corporate environments and are governed by our contracts with their operators.
Photographs and their links to documents are kept for as long as the company needs them to evidence the state of a delivery, at most for the archiving period of the related documents. Operational logs are deleted within 12 months.
All traffic goes over HTTPS. Sign-in uses a Microsoft work account; access is granted by name on the bmrc.cloud portal and can be revoked at any time. The app stores no password, only a short-lived access token.
Employees have the right to access their data, to have it corrected, to have it erased where no statutory archiving duty prevents it, and to restrict processing. Write to s.muller@contelio.cz or raise a helpdesk ticket.
Access ends when the permission is removed on the bmrc.cloud portal. Deletion of photographs can be requested at s.muller@contelio.cz and will be granted unless the photograph forms part of a document the company must retain.
